If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact us at within 2 days of receiving your products. (please note that the reason has to be valid)
We will do our best to address your concerns.
We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during transit.
Transit damages, including but not limited to broken candles or damaged packaging, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos & videosΒ of the damaged items and packaging immediately upon receiving your order.

- We reserve the sole discretion to decide whether a refund or replacement will be issued for eligible returns. This decision will be based on the specific circumstances surrounding each return request.
- We will thoroughly evaluate the nature of the concern and, in our best judgment, determine the appropriate resolution.
We are unable to assist with packages that have gone missing in-transit or if for any reason the package does not get delivered via the courier company.Β Indian Bohemian willΒ not be liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
