Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All the ritual candles are freshly poured after the order has been received. Since every product is hand-crafted & artisanal, sometimes it may also take a longer time to dispatch the order. For wholesale & bulk orders, candles will only be shipped post full payment.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, the shipping costs increases as the weight increases.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping during festive season takes longer than usual.
